There are regular flights from the UK to Limoges Bellegarde Airport which is our nearest airport. British Airways, Ryanair and Flybe fly into Limoges. The Airport is referred to as Limoges Airport (LIG). The airport is located around 10km from Limoges city centre.

Limoges Airport has fairly limited public transport links but there are options for your journey to and from the airport; It is well served by taxis and there are always plenty available. A taxi from the airport to us will cost approximately 100/ 120 euros.
Limoges Airport car hire
Car hire is the best way to explore the region, as public transport is limited (no train or bus service available at the airport). If you are travelling to Limoges and would like to hire a car upon arrival, a number of car hire companies have offices at the airport. There is no need to book prior to travel but it is advisable to ensure you get the best deal.

By train
The Eurostar runs from London St Pancras or Ashford Station to Paris Gare du Nord. You are then able to go from the Austerlitz Paris via the TGV to Limoges station. The overall journey time is between 6 and 7 hours from London to Limoges.
By Road
